Once someone completes the form, you'll get an email notification. The customer will then be sent a link to your school's or non-profit's email address to execute the e-transfer and finalize their purchase. Please forward the list of confirmed payments along with the total agreed amount to Nathan at Black Mountain Roasters by the 25th of each month. This ensures Black Mountain Roasters has sufficient time to process the orders and prepare them for pickup by month's end.
